2. Description of Service
Frame of Work provides a template library for professionally designed HubSpot quote templates. Users can browse, purchase, and automatically install these templates into their HubSpot portals through our integration service. The service includes access to quote templates, automated HubSpot installation, portal management tools, and ongoing template support.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and all activities under your account.

- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.

10. HubSpot Integration
Our service integrates with HubSpot to provide template installation and management capabilities:
- You must have appropriate administrative permissions in your HubSpot portal
- We are not responsible for HubSpot service availability or changes to their API
- You remain responsible for compliance with HubSpot's terms of service
- Template installation failures due to HubSpot limitations or portal restrictions are not grounds for refund
- You can revoke our access to your HubSpot portal at any time through your dashboard
11. Template Licensing and Usage
When you purchase a template, you receive a license to use it within your organization:
- Templates are licensed for use within a single HubSpot portal
- You may customize and modify templates for your business needs
- You may not resell, redistribute, or share templates with third parties
- You may not reverse engineer templates to create competing products
- We retain all intellectual property rights in the original template designs
